Hundreds of authors write about rules that leaders should follow in order to achieve business success. Depending on the author and how detailed the rules are, they may be any number between 5 and 500. In his book: "The 100 absolutely unbreakable laws of business success", Brian Tracy limited the business success rules to five.

2. Committed - successful people not only focus on the main objective, but also fully

People can forgive many weaknesses of their manager: uncertainty, ignorance, low culture, incompetence or illiteracy. But they will never forgive him/her any lack of honesty. They will also never forgive those who appointed him ...

In short, prof. Peter Drucker believes that we should not hire as manager:

•  an individual, who lacks integrity (honesty);
•  a person whose sight is focused on peoples’ weaknesses rather than on their strengths

In every company I worked for, there were smokers and non-smokers. Repeatedly we were getting to a situation in which smokers were pointed as one of the problems hampering department higher productivity and teamwork, due to frequent cigarettes breaks (3-6 times, 5-15 min each). These breaks affect non-smokers in two ways:
